1. Eligibility for Returns


* You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

* Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.

* Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

* Clearance or sale items

* Items damaged due to customer misuse


3. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products

   If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos of the issue.

   We will replace the item at no extra cost.


4. Return Shipping


* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

* Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed.


5. Refunds

   Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

   Shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. Exchanges

   If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange it. Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns.
